About Gramma’s House
As a senior adult family home in Normandy Park/West Seattle, Washington, we’re more than just a residential facility. With fewer residents than assisted living communities, we’re able to give each person more personalized care. Our mission is to provide friendly, professional care to our residents, working together with their families, medical staff, home doctors, and home health agencies.
Licensed for 6 residents in a private residence, we provide comfort care, room and board for seniors who need that extra care. As we have fewer residents than large facilities, we can focus on each individual better. Our amenities are conducive to comfortable and safe living, and activities are both fun and nurturing.
We provide hospice care with great respect to residents and their families. We provide all furniture, equipment, and medical supplies. PT, OT, and home health nurses are welcome, as ordered by the PCP.
Residents can count on us to have assistance available whenever it is needed with our 24/7 staff availability. We provide individualized services for each resident. Couples may share a room to ensure comfort. With us, you can rest assured that they’re in good hands.
